ABOUT REBECCA SMITHER
Rebecca Smither has been practicing law since 2008 with a primary focus in family law. She is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association and serves the greater Louisville Metro and surrounding areas throughout the Western District of Kentucky.
In addition to representing her clients on privately retained matters, Rebecca serves as court-appointed Friend of the Court in contested custody disputes, as well as parent's counsel and Guardian ad Litem for children subject to dependency, neglect, and abuse cases.
Born and raised in West Virginia, Rebecca moved to Kentucky after earning her undergraduate degree in English/Journalism from Miami University (Ohio). She received her law degree from Northern Kentucky University, Chase College of Law in 2008. In her free time, Rebecca enjoys running and spending time with her family.
